They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that apply to your purchases.

General Terms

Zyno Mart is an online and offline platform which is selling FMCG goods such as food, beverages and other grocery products along with stationary and gift item. These terms (Terms of Service) apply when you use the Zyno Mart mobile applications or website (collectively, Services). By using the services, you automatically agree to the Terms of Service.

Eligibility

If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age, you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The Company, in its sole discretion and without liability, reserves the right to terminate or refuse your registration, or refuse to permit use/access to the Website, if it is discovered or brought to notice that you don't confirm to the eligibility criteria.

Registration

You are the sole authorized User of any account that you create using the Services. Your action of registration constitutes your acceptance of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Registration is free of charge. No entitlement exists for admission to the Service. Zyno Mart maintains the zynomart.com website. The data required for registration provided by the user must be complete and accurate in order to make use of our services. The user is responsible for updating his/her own data that can be amended at any time from the respective interface of the service. Zyno Mart has no responsibility over the use of the user account and expressly disclaims any liability there from. Should you suspect that any unauthorized party might be using your Account, you are obligated for your own security to notify Zyno Mart immediately by emailing us at support@zynomart.com By providing your mobile phone number to Zyno Mart pursuant to the use of the service, you hereby affirmatively consent to our use of your mobile phone number for contacting you directly in order to perform the services, including but not limited to occasionally send notifications, text messages with promotional offers, service updates and reach out to you to survey regarding the quality of our services.

Order Placement

By placing an order through the application or the website, the User confirms the accuracy of all the information he/she provides. Orders are confirmed to the User within the platform's interface. User may schedule the order for a selected time, date, week or month as per availability of service. No contractual relationship exists between User and Zyno Mart at the time of placing an order. Zyno Mart may decide for any reason whatsoever to not accept an order and to refuse to perform it.

Disclaimers

The range and prices of groceries may differ depending on the delivery location. User might be contacted by Zyno Mart to confirm the order if the total items in an order exceeds normal mean order volume. The user may not be able to alter or add items to the order once it has been confirmed as per the technical features provided by the service but still the user can avail that service through WhatsApp or call. Through WhatsApp our service team will confirm the availability of the items or would recommend for a direct call to the user from the store staff and do the needful. A confirmed order is eligible for cancellation for a limited time period until the status turns to en-route as per the technical specifications of the service. Whether its Instant or Scheduled order for cancellation the user can get in touch with service team through WhatsApp. Also, the user can have an option to cancel the order during in-substitution if the user is not satisfied with the substitutes.

The primary objective of Zyno Mart is to deliver all the products ordered in the right quantity and to a high-quality standard. User acknowledges that the Groceries are subject to stock availability and to human errors. Zyno Mart reserves the right to amend your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation remove any item that is out of stock, damaged, spoiled, or unavailable for any other reason, to successfully complete your order. If an item is not delivered, despite being billed, the amount in question will be credited to the User at a reasonable time after Zyno Mart becomes aware of this. No subsequent delivery is obligatory to be made, and the customer is not entitled to claim any further compensation. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to the User.

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Zyno Mart and it's decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The seat of arbitration shall be held in Delhi.
